After many Years of legal battles of the brothers Vincenzo & Giacomo Barbato against Apple about the earning the right to call their company "Steve Jobs".
And this problem started in 2012 after the brothers Vincenzo & Giacomo selected to call their trademark "Steve Jobs", and this decision created a big anger in the lines of Admins of Apple who pushed them to prosecute the two brothers and stopping them from using a big name in the history of apple and the technology.
But the sad news for Apple, the name "Steve Jobs" is not protected by law in the Italian lands and the brothers can use it as a trademark for their company, and that's was the final decision of a court of law in Italia and finally the brothers have won the legal battle against Apple.
